Processing Time

• Processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks before days before shipment.
• Each product is handmade and undergoes a thorough quality control process to make sure it's up to standard before shipping.
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days after processing.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item was sent.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and unworn.
• We will provide a replacement or store credit upon approval.

Note: We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly (e.g., wrong length or color).

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

To maintain the longevity of your wig:

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
• Store in original packaging or on a mannequin head when not in use.
• Avoid excessive heat styling without a heat protectant.

All items are made from real human hair, the better you care for it the longer it'll last.
